Yelp
Yelp is a crowd-sourced local business review and social networking site. The site has pages devoted to individual locations, such as restaurants or schools, where Yelp users can submit a review of their products or services using a one to five-star rating system.
My role at Yelp:
Lead designer for mobile platforms.
Helped build the first design mobile style guide.
Work closely with the Growth team and Contributions team.
Creative direction.
Mobile design system.
Yelp for Apple Watch:
Small team one designer and one engineering intern.
The project was around 4 months for design and engineering.
Design started months after the Watch was announced and released on launch day.
